How to rent an RV from Turn Key RV

  1. Select the right group # (1-7) for your trip.  Please review the Options/Services list to see if we offer items you may need.  Starting prices are not posted, as everyone's travel needs vary.  Please contact us to request a quote, or give us a call.

  2. Fill out the rental application and send it along with your $200 (non-refundable) reservation deposit.  This deposit applies toward your rental fees & is non-refundable.  Reservations are on a first come, first served basis and cannot be held by phone.

  3. Contact your insurance company and let them know that you are renting an RV.  Confirm with your agent that coverage is available from them (comp/collision and liability).  Sometimes part or all is not available, and you may purchase coverage from our insurance company.  Include your insurance company’s fax number, contact person, and your policy number on the application.  All insurance information is mandatory and must be complete, even if coverage is not available.  We will fax the insurance company the needed information for the binder.  Please call for quotes and information.

  4. Pick up your unit and

  5. Rental fees, mileage, $500 security deposit (refundable), and charges for additional services are due upon departure.  Your security deposit is not applied toward these fees and there is no reimbursement for unused time.

NOTE:   Cancelling requires a 30-day notice, less the $200 (non-refundable) deposit.  Holidays require a 60-day notice, less the $200 (non-refundable) deposit.  Less notice than 30 days (60 days for holidays), and you're responsible for the full rental, unless re-rented for same amount of time. Sorry, no refunds on early returns and all units are non-smoking.
