How to rent an RV from Turn Key RV

  1. Select the right group # (1-7) for your trip.  Please review the Options/Services list to see if we offer items you may need.  Starting prices are not posted, as everyone's travel needs vary.  Please contact us to request a quote, or give us a call.

  2. Fill out the rental application and send it along with your $175 (non-refundable) reservation deposit.  This deposit applies toward your rental fees.  Reservations are on a first come, first served basis and cannot be held by phone.

  3. Contact your insurance company and let them know that you are renting an RV.  Include the insurance company’s fax number, contact person, and your policy number on the application. All insurance information is mandatory and must be complete.

  We will fax the insurance company the needed information for the binder.  Additional insurance is available for purchase.  Please call for quotes and information.

  4. Pick up your unit and "Just Turn The Key & Go!"

  5. Rental fees, processing fee, mileage, $500 security deposit (refundable), and charges for additional services are due upon departure.  Your security deposit is not applied toward these fees and there is no reimbursement for unused time.

 
Pick up and return
Available departure times are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Please call for pricing on after-hours departure.  However, units may be returned anytime.  Days are based upon a 24-hour period and units are due back at the same time as your departure time, or earlier.
